What type of hair do you offer?

• We offer 100% Virgin Hair Grade A, which is of great quality and can last up to 2+ years with proper care.

How long does it take to receive my order?

• Orders take 5-7 business days to process and will be shipped directly to you.

What color does the hair come in?

• Our hair comes in a Natural Hair color 1B. If you prefer black, we can dye it for you for an additional $7 charge.

What are the shipping options and costs?

• We only offer express shipping, which costs $15.00.

Can the hair be dyed or lifted?

• Yes, the hair can be easily lifted to color No. 27 and restyled. Since this is 100% Virgin Hair, it may lift quicker than Remy or Yaki Hair, so the processing time will depend on the developer used.

Is there a refund or exchange policy?

• Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges. To ensure your hair remains Grade A quality, we provide detailed hair care tips with every purchase.
